 If you are planning any modification to the exterior of  your  residence that is permanent and/or requires a  building  permit from the City of Santa Clarita, you will  need  to complete and submit this
 Architectural Unit Improvement Form #101 to the Manager for preapproval from the Architectural Committee. (Please refer to Article VI of the CC&R's for a more detailed explanation of Architectural Control.)

Re-painting your exterior? This Re-painting Agreement Form will need to be completed and submitted to the manager before you begin painting. Please review the Exterior Color Standards for approved stucco and trim color combinations.
